Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms & Conditions.

Welcome to Awakenedwrld.com (our “Platform”). The Platform and its Services are provided to you only on the terms and conditions described here. By using the Platform and its Services, you agree to be bound by all the Terms & Conditions described below as if you had signed a written agreement. Age of Users

Our Platform is not intended for children under 14 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you are under 14, do not use this Platform, register on the Platform, make purchases through the Platform, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any user and/or screen name you may use. Account registration

If you establish an account in our Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to the device you have used to place orders.

Subscriptions

If you have purchased a monthly subscription plan, your credit card will be charged approximately every 30 days. If you have purchased an annual subscription plan, your credit card will be charged approximately every 365 days. Your recurring payment will continue until canceled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Should your credit card be declined, an email will be sent offering you the opportunity to remedy the payment. Failure to make the payment may result in losing access to your subscription.

Payments

You authorize us to charge you for use of Services, at the posted prices. These prices are subject to change at any time by us without any specific notice to you. You warrant that any credit card or other payment information you supply is true and complete, charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and you are responsible to pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

Electronic communications

When you purchase on our Platform, you will provide us with your email address. We will send an email confirmation that we have received your order. By communicating electronically, you agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, whether by email or posting them on this Platform, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. These Terms & Conditions create automatically a binding agreement between us, without need for signature of either side.

Feedback and Suggestions

We encourage you to contact us by email with suggestions for improving our services. Your opinions matter. Unless we have entered into a written contract signed by both sides concerning use of your ideas before you disclose them, you agree that we may use your voluntary submissions at our sole discretion and have no obligation to pay you for them.

Nontransferable

Your membership and the right to use the Platform, its programs and its services is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information through the use of the services is not transferable. You shall not disclose to or share your password with any third party or use your password for any unauthorized purposes.

The Platform may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content of such websites, and such websites are not investigated, or checked for accuracy by us. The Platform may contain advertisings and sponsorships. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the platform is accurate and complies with applicable laws. Awakenedwrld.com is not responsible for the illegality or inaccuracy in the advertiser’s or sponsor’s materials.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us by email.

Refunds

There shall be no refunds for any unused time portion of the most recent month’s membership. If purchasing services through the Platform, refund policies, if any, shall be posted on the purchase page. If no provision for refunds is explicitly stated, then there shall be no refunds for the product or service after purchase.

Complete Agreement

This Agreement and any rules and policies, including the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Platform and You, with respect to the subject matter herein. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any information posted on the Platform, this Agreement shall govern. Any claim or dispute, arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be referred to and determined by arbitration to the exclusion of the courts.
