I’m Iva Boyuklieva, a certified holistic counselor on a mission to help you break free from anxiety and reclaim control over your life.

I would like to take you back to a time when I wasn’t still a holistic practitioner and my life wasn’t as bright as it is now.

There was a moment in my childhood that left a lasting impact on my life. One day, I found myself trapped in a dark elevator for hours during a power outage. The feeling of being stuck, struggling to breathe, and unable to escape planted the seed of claustrophobia in me, casting a shadow over my adult life.

Isn’t it interesting how an insignificant event can have such a destructive impact? From driving through long tunnels to struggling with breathing at night due to the fear of darkness, anxiety became my unwelcome companion…

But that wasn’t the only battle I faced…

Growing up in a culture that didn’t value individualism, authenticity, and personal expression, I also grappled with social anxiety, especially when it came to public speaking.

Determined to break free from the grip of anxiety, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing. Through years of exploration and personal transformation, I discovered holistic approaches to healing that not only transcended anxiety but transformed my entire perspective on life. Later on, I faced my daughter’s health anxiety issues and helped her overcome them.

This journey ignited a passion within me to help others do the same.
